The first set of extreme primals–Garuda, Titan, Ifrit, Leviathan, Ramuh, and Shiva–are level 50 trials, and are the most difficult level of these fights. Each primal drops a firey elemental horse mount and other loot (including orchestrion scroll materials, which often sell for decent gil on the market boards). If you collect all six ponies you can also do a short quest to obtain the Kirin flying mount. Additionally, extreme primals Garuda, Ifrit, and Titan occasionally drop a rare Nightmare mount. These mounts can be fun to collect. The easiest way to farm them is to form unsynced parties and spam one at a time until everyone gets their mount. Lately, it's been fairly easy to find these parties in party finder, but let us know if you're interested in forming a pony farming party with the free company. It's always more fun to play with friends!

The biggest problem with this game has been its learning curve. There's casual content. And then there's a sheer cliff face to free climb your way up to extreme primals. And then there's, basically, K2/Nanga in between you and savage content.
